Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Old Town Rydez! Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or participating in any Slingshot ride. By making a reservation or participating in a ride, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility & Requirements

  • All drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.

  • Passengers must meet minimum age and height requirements as outlined at booking.

  • Helmets and safety gear must be worn as required by state or local laws.

  • A valid credit card and signed waiver are required prior to rental or ride.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes and fees may apply.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled ride will receive a full refund or credit.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

  • In the event of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or credit will be issued.

  • All cancellation or refund requests must be made by phone.

4. Weather Policy

  • For your safety, rides may be canceled or delayed due to inclement weather (e.g., rain, lightning, high winds).

  • Weather-related cancellations are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability

  • Riding in a Slingshot involves inherent risks. By participating, all riders acknowledge and accept these risks.

  • A liability waiver must be signed by all participants before the ride begins.

  • Old Town Rydez is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the ride.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Riders must follow all staff instructions and obey all traffic laws during rides.

  • Reckless behavior, driving under the influence, or failure to comply with safety guidelines will result in immediate termination of the ride with no refund.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

7. Vehicle Damage & Fees

  • Customers are financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their rental or ride.

  • A damage deposit may be required prior to ride commencement.

8. Photo & Media Release

  • By participating in a ride, you consent to the use of photos or videos taken during your experience for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

9. Privacy

  • Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared without your consent.
