  • Customers are eligible for a full refund or credit if cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • A full refund or credit will also be provided if the service is canceled by the operator due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • To request a refund, please contact us by phone.

  • No-shows are not eligible for a refund and will be charged the full amount.
